News bites: Apple to make computers in US

In an interview on NBC, Apple CEO Tim Cook announced plans to manufacture a line of Mac computers in the United States.

Guatemala has detained software pioneer John McAfee and plans to expel him to Belize, which he fled after being sought for questioning in a murder investigation, according to Reuters. 

Apple and Samsung will return to court on Thursday as part of their long-running patent dispute, The Wall Street Journal writes. 

European regulators imposed a $1.92 billion fine on electronics makers for coordinating a price-fixing scheme, The New York Times reports.
