A federal court sided with Dish in its bid to overturn a Federal Communications Commission rule to allow customers to watch cable and satellite TV on "plug and play" TV sets, Reuters reports.

The Federal Aviation Administration might prohibit pilots from using wireless devices in the cockpit, USA Today explains.
