By Brendan Sasso - 02/08/13 10:01 AM ET

Hedge fund manager David Einhorn has sued to block Apple's plan to scrap a certain class of stock, The New York Times reports.

A federal appeals court is set to consider a case that could determine how far the patent system will go to protect software inventions, Reuters explains.

Hundreds of full-length movies have been illegally uploaded to YouTube, The Wall Street Journal discovered.

The FBI is probing a cyberattack on the Federal Reserve, according to Reuters.
