News bites: Yahoo! CEO unhappy with Microsoft search deal

Yahoo! CEO Marissa Mayer said the company's search engine deal with Microsoft is not delivering the revenue it should, Reuters writes.  

Apple CEO Tim Cook called a shareholder lawsuit against the company a "silly sideshow," according to The Associated Press.

Intel confirmed it is planning to offer a paid Internet video service and set-top box, The Wall Street Journal reports.

The stakes are high for Apple if it goes to trial in the e-books antitrust case, Reuters explains.

Sources told Bloomberg that Apple has 100 product designers working on wristwatch-like smartphone device.
