News bites: Facebook wins German court battle over fake name ban

A German court rejected a privacy watchdog's legal challenge to Facebook's policy requiring users to register their real names, the Associated Press reports.

CBS profits missed analysts' estimates as online licensing fees dipped, Bloomberg writes.  

The New York Times writer who reviewed the Tesla Model S electric car denied that he tried to sabotage his test drive of the car.

Universal Music cut a deal to get ad revenue from cover songs on YouTube, The Wall Street Journal explains.
