News bites: China willing to talk over cyberattacks

China's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said the country is willing to talk about rules for behavior in cyberspace, according to The Associated Press. 

A union is concerned that the Federal Communications Commission may approve T-Mobile's purchase of MetroPCS without holding a vote, Bloomberg explains. 

Electronic Arts said it has mostly addressed the server problems that have plagued the launch of its new SimCity computer game, Reuters reports.  

Netflix launched a website indexing the best Internet service providers for video streaming, TechCrunch writes. 

LinkedIn will buy the newsreader app Pulse for more than $50 million, according to AllThingsD.
