News bites: North Korea accuses US of cyberattacks

North Korea blamed the United States and South Korea for cyberattacks that disrupted access to websites in the country, The Associated Press reports.  

Samsung unveiled the new Galaxy S 4 smartphone, which aims to surpass Apple's iPhone, The New York Times writes.

Google Chairman Eric Schmidt will visit Myanmar next week, The Wall Street Journal reports.

Facebook is working to incorporate hashtags as a way to group conversations, according to The Wall Street Journal.
