News bites: Electronic Arts CEO resigns

Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello resigned on Monday amid tough times for the video gaming industry, The New York Times reports.

A federal appeals court on Tuesday will weigh whether authorities need a judge's approval to affix a GPS device to a car, Wired writes.

Internet service providers blocked a full endorsement of a list of cybersecurity measures by a Federal Communications Commission advisory panel, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Social news website Reddit debuted three episodes of a new Web series on Monday that's based on a subject thread on the site, The Hollywood Reporter says.
