News bites: South Korean banks, TV stations reportedly disrupted by computer virus

A malicious computer virus is believed to have disrupted the computer networks of two South Korean banks and three TV stations, the BBC reports.

Microsoft said U.S. agencies and its compliance unit should review allegations that some employees in China, Romania and Italy bribed foreign officials in exchange for software contracts, Reuters writes.

Verizon and Cablevision are pressing media companies to sell them cable bundles based on what channels viewers watch, which could result in cheaper options for consumers, according to The Washington Post.

Google plans to expand its high-speed Internet service Google Fiber to the Kansas City suburb of Olathe, Kan., The Wall Street Journal reports.

Amazon is in talks with various music companies about launching a subscription music service, according to The Verge.
