News bites: Microsoft looking to replace CEO before 2014

Microsoft's board is planning to replace outgoing CEO Steve Ballmer by the end of the year, according to Bloomberg.

Beginning Oct. 31, T-Mobile will no longer charge customers "roaming fees" when they use their data and texting domestic plans while traveling in more than 100 countries, The Associated Press reports.
