NCAA wager offers up just desserts

Some scrumptious desserts are up for grabs in a bipartisan wager on the outcome of the NCAA men's basketball championship game.

Blumenthal said of the wager, “I’ll be sure to eat a light dinner so I can save room for derby pie.”
