Trump told Forbes magazine in an interview published Tuesday that he and Tillerson should have an IQ test, and that he “can tell you who is going to win.”

Kimmel said the winner would have to be Tillerson.

“It has to be him, no intelligent person would get into an IQ contest with his own secretary of State," he said. "The next day, Kellyanne Conway would be on TV explaining that IQ tests are like golf — the lower the number, the better the score.”

The White House later said Trump was joking about the test.
