Jennifer Garner to talk education on Capitol Hill this week

Lawmakers at the event are slated to introduce a bipartisan proposal to expand early childhood education from birth to age 5.

It’s a return trip to the Hill for Garner, a mom of three, who was in Washington earlier this year to push for more funding for early childhood programs.
