The “Gravity” star told E! Online at a recent awards ceremony in Los Angeles that the former first lady would be “very tough to beat now.”

The 52-year-old Academy Award winner said, "I think there's one last glass ceiling to be broken, and I think she could do a great job with it.”

When asked if Clinton had his vote, Clooney replied, “Of course!”

The actor and human rights activist has long been a supporter of Democratic causes and donated to both of President Obama’s White House bids.
