Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) has a girlfriend, according to the New York Post.
The newly sworn-in senator has been dating Bianca Levin, an entertainment lawyer in Hollywood.
Sources told the New York Post the two have been seeing each other since Levin hosted a Los Angeles fundraiser in June for Booker’s Senate campaign.
“We don’t comment on the senator’s personal life,” a spokesman for Booker told the Post.
The senator, 44, has previously been somewhat frank about his personal relationships.
He told The Washington Post in August he had “great dismay” that he had not yet “settled down with a life partner.”
“People who think I’m gay, some part of me thinks it’s wonderful. Because I want to challenge people on their homophobia. I love seeing on Twitter when someone says I’m gay, and I say, ‘So what does it matter if I am?’”
Booker, 44, was sworn into his senate seat at the end of October, succeeding interim Republican Sen. Jeff Chiesa. The seat opened up in June when Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D) died. Booker won the special election against Republican challenger Steve Lonegan.
