When it comes to Christmas wish lists, Rep. Todd Rokita’s two sons don’t mess around.
The Indiana Republican’s kiddos came prepared when meeting with Santa Claus for a recent holiday snapshot.
Rokita posted a photo Sunday on Instagram of his children, Ryan, 3, and Teddy, 5, happily posing with jolly old St. Nick. In the pic, little Ryan is seen beaming as he proudly displays a piece of paper.
While Ryan is eyeing a remote-controlled airplane from the Disney movie “Planes,” we hear he decided that his older brother needed a Jingle the Husky Pup for Xmas. The siblings already have a Jingle (which is programmed to bark along with a storybook), but apparently the interactive toy is pretty torn up after more than a year of use.
Ryan made sure to communicate Teddy’s requests to Santa; his brother was diagnosed with a rare neurogenetic disorder called Angelman syndrome back in 2010. The condition severely limits Teddy’s capacity for motor and intellectual development.
Word is the adorable duo scored some points with the bearded, red-suited gift-giver for their ingenuity in bringing a magazine for reference and that Santa was “impressed” by the gesture.
