The evening’s emcee, and host of the E! channel’s “The Soup,” tells ITK he’s yearning to have some sort of comedic encounter with the Speaker and minority leader at the soiree on Saturday.
McHale, who admits he’s “nervous” about delivering one-liners to a room full of journalists, lawmakers and celebs at the annual shindig at the Washington Hilton Hotel, says he is excited about at least one thing on Saturday night: “I’m definitely looking forward to the glass of wine that I’ll have after I walk off stage.”
And what’s he most scared could happen?
He replies without missing a beat, “My biggest fear is, I don’t know, a drone strike?”
