Madeleine Albright dines at 'Top Chef' hotspot

SPOTTED: Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright getting her Greek on while dining Thursday evening at Kapnos restaurant in Washington.

The Greek eatery along the District’s 14th Street Corridor that was created by “Top Chef” contestant Mike Isabella has become a culinary hotspot since opening last year.

Donning a light blue top and skirt, Albright’s table was eyed eating as the Greeks do, chowing down on chickpea hummus, Tzatziki, dolmas, Spanokopita and lamb, along with a bottle of Avlatopi Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 76-year-old former diplomat was joined by six companions at the table on the lower level of the dining room.
