She posted the photo on her Instagram account and said Biden made her call her 93-year-old grandma to thank her for her blue eyes.

Perry posted a photo with Clinton on her Instagram, and said she offered to write a 2016 campaign theme song if Clinton runs for president.

Clinton eventually responded on Twitter and suggested that Perry already wrote her one—“Roar.”
