Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson reportedly gave a video produced by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) a smackdown, pulling the plug on the use of his image in the satirical clip.

The YouTube video, titled “No Pain. No Gain” and made to look like a Hollywood blockbuster-style movie trailer, was posted this week on Christie’s official YouTube channel.

A deep-voiced narrator is heard saying “Hang on to your seats,” as Christie touts pension reform.

In the original video posted on YouTube, an image of Johnson, who starred in last year’s action flick, “Pain & Gain,” is included among the clips of the possible 2016 GOP presidential candidate.

The wrestler-turned-actor's legal team complained and Christie’s camp re-posted the video without Johnson’s image, according to TMZ.com.
