Report: Obama to get ‘serious’ with Kimmel

President Obama will reportedly get “serious” with late-night funnyman Jimmy Kimmel during an appearance on the comedian’s ABC show this week.

The commander-in-chief will tape a “special segment” Wednesday in Los Angeles for “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” TMZ.com reports, citing ABC Network sources.

The entertainment news site writes that “a big chunk of the interview will be ‘serious.’ “

Kimmel, who makes regular headlines with his “Celebrities Read Mean Tweets” segment on his show, emceed the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner in 2012.
