Report: Obama to get ‘serious’ with Kimmel

President Obama will reportedly get “serious” with late-night funnyman Jimmy Kimmel during an appearance on the comedian’s ABC show this week.

The commander-in-chief will tape a “special segment” Wednesday in Los Angeles for “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” reports, citing ABC Network sources.

The entertainment news site writes that “a big chunk of the interview will be ‘serious.’ “

Kimmel, who makes regular headlines with his “Celebrities Read Mean Tweets” segment on his show, emceed the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner in 2012.
