Get'em early! Thanksgiving pies for sale

In the news-you-can-use category, House cafeterias for the second year in a row are offering congressional staffers (and members) the chance to pre-order freshly baked Thanksgiving pies and pick them up in time for Turkey Day.

All the traditional fillings will be available, including apple, pecan, sweet potato, and pumpkin, and prices range from $9.99 to $10.99.

You can download the online order form here, and drop boxes will be set up in the Ford, Rayburn and Longworth cafeterias. Payment options include Quick Pay, cash or credit, and the pies can be picked up anytime between Monday and Wednesday of Thanksgiving week.
