Boehner's 60th today: Who will sing the birthday song?

House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) is well known for leading his colleagues in rousing renditions of a special song to celebrate each other's birthdays. But today is different.
Boehner turns 60 years old, and staffers and journalists alike are eagerly watching to see who will lead what has come to be known as the "Boehner Birthday Song."
In the past, Boehner has sung his own birthday song, but today could be different. Lyrics below, melody varies.
