Specter smooches Turner's girlfriend

Sen. Arlen Specter (Pa.), the longtime Republican-turned-Democrat, was spotted giving a kiss to media mogul Ted Turner's girlfriend, Salley Ranney, during a tour of Capitol Hill Tuesday.

A source tells ITK that the couple had just finished having lunch with Specter, during which the two men discussed pending climate change legislation.

Specter planted a big kiss on Ranney's cheek while the trio was standing next to the Ohio Clock off the Senate floor. The Mouth of the South, who is known for his own penchant for kissing beautiful women, didn't seem to mind.
