Jennifer Hudson to perform at State Dinner

No word yet on what Oscar winning actress and Grammy award-winning singer Jennifer Hudson will be singing tonight. Hudson is the headline performer — apart from the American president and Indian prime minister, that is — at tonight's State Dinner, the first to be held at the White House during the Obama presidency.

Hudson won a best-supporting actress Oscar in 2007 for her performance in "Dream Girls"; she is in the middle of recording her second studio album, so maybe the White Houser diners will get a sneak preview of her next hits.
