CAO confuses Twitter with telephone

The House Chief Administrative Office has a new Twitter page, but judging by this poster, they haven't quite figured out how to recruit potential followers (hint: it's not via phone).
The CAO could not be immediately reached for comment. ITK will post the office's comment if and when we get it.
