Murtha hospitalized with gallbladder issue

Rep. John Murtha (D-Pa.) is recovering in the hospital after being admitted late Sunday night due of gallbladder problems, according to his office.
Spokesman Matt Mazonkey told CNN Monday that the 77 year-old veteran lawmaker is "currently resting and doing well," although he did not speculate as to when Murtha might be released.
Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were both scheduled to testify Tuesday before a House subcommittee Murtha chairs; the hearing has been postponed pending Murtha's return.
