Who said supermodels only jet set?

Washington native and model Hilary Rhoda hopped the Amtrak Acela from New York Monday after flights were delayed, in order to make it to the Mayflower Hotel for the Capitol File holiday party, where she crossed paths with Senate hopeful Rep. Kendrick Meek (D-Fla.), who posed for pics with Rhoda and CEO and Founder of Niche Media Jason Binn.

Other VIP attendees included former Ambassador to Hungary and founder of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Nancy Brinker; Quinn Gillespie founder Jack Quinn and wife Susanna Quinn; NBC's Luke Russert, ABC's Angie Goff; the Brunswick Group's David Sutphen, and real estate developer John Cecchi, who has announced his engagement to girlfriend Kristin Irish.
