Even the president can’t escape jury duty

Even holding the title of President of the United State doesn’t get you out of jury duty. President Barack Obama received a notice at his home in Chicago that he was due to report for jury duty a few weeks ago, the Telegraph reported.
 
The trial is set to begin Monday in Chicago, but the president responded that he was unable to attend, as he will be delivering the State of the Union address on Wednesday evening at 8 p.m.
