Michelle Obama shines in merlot, Jill Biden in royal blue at State of the Union

Lady Michelle Obama looked radiant at last night's State of the Union
address in a microfiber maroon 3/4 sleeve top and a matching
high-waisted taffetta bubble skirt. She accessorized simply with a
strand of pearls and an ultra-shiny blowout.
Dr. Jill Biden chose a royal blue skirt suit with a ruffled collar.
Obama's muted, one-layer look was a rarity in the House chamber,
where female lawmakers tend to favor brighter colors and blazers.
The first lady hosted nearly two dozen people, including Biden, in her box with her for the hour-long address.
