Capitol Hill's favorite "hipster," Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D), may hail from Connecticut, but she's pulling in some major Hollywood talent this week.
"Alias" star Jennifer Garner will join the lawmaker for a press conference on early childhood funding Thursday morning at 11 a.m. in Rayburn 2247.
Rounding out the high-powered trio will be Mark Shriver, brother of California First Lady Maria Shriver and vice president of Save the Children.
The visit, which was announced Wednesday, will mark Garner's third time under the Capitol dome in a little over a year. She visited in May and September of 2009 to lobby for the Full Service Community Schools Act of 2009.
