Obama, Clyburn tee off together in Martha's Vineyard

President Obama invited a high-profile House leader to golf with him while on vacation in Martha's Vineyard Friday.

House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) joined Obama on the links along with White House trip director Marvin Nicholson and long-time friend Eric Whitaker.

Obama typically plays golf with members of the White House staff and friends.

Friday was the first day of Obama's 10-day family vacation in Martha's Vineyard. During his trip to Martha's Vineyard last summer, Obama played golf four out of the eight days he was there.
