altThe producers behind the new Sarah Palin documentary, “The Undefeated,” may want to revise its title to “The Undefeated: Except When up Against Wizards.”

“Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2,” the final movie in the hit franchise, reportedly raked in a record-breaking $168 million over the weekend. So how much moolah did “The Undefeated” make? According to reports – between $60,000 and $75,000.

Not that it was necessarily a fair fight. “Harry Potter” opened in about 11,000 movie theaters across the country while the film about the former Republican vice-presidential candidate was shown on a not-exactly-whopping total of ten screens.

The makers of the Palin movie tell The Hollywood Reporter that they consider it a box office success story: “We didn’t put a nickel of [prints and advertising money] into this and the distributor had the movie for only three weeks. To describe this as anything but a hit is inaccurate.”

If the former Alaskan governor winds up running for president, maybe she should see if she could team up with the fictional boy wizard - a Palin/Potter ticket in 2012 might have magical effects on the polls.
