Rep. Jackson Lee dons impartial outfit

After strongly suggesting last week that members of Congress were making it difficult for President Obama to raise the debt ceiling because of his race, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) opted not to go for her usual, colorful attire or signature floral scarf on Thursday, and instead debuted a black and white number on the House floor.
