WE HEAR: Comedian Pauly Shore is paying a visit to the Rayburn office of Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) on Thursday. The “Encino Man” actor will be filming a segment with the retiring congressman as part of an upcoming TV program.
The ’90s star has been eyed all around town in recent weeks hanging with political types, including an outing to Ben’s Chili Bowl with former Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele and a get-together with former Green Party presidential candidate Ralph Nader.
Shore is taping the Showtime special, “Pauly-tics,” this weekend at D.C.’s legendary 9:30 Club. You too can catch the comic’s political antics — word is some tickets are still available for the two Saturday shows.
