Katy Perry sports an Obama manicure

Katy Perry is showing her support for President Obama by sporting a commander-in-chief-inspired manicure.
The “Part of Me” pop star performed at an A-list Obama reelection campaign fundraising concert on Sunday night in Los Angeles. Jennifer Hudson, Earth Wind & Fire, Jon Bon Jovi, Stevie Wonder, and George Clooney also appeared at the event.
Perry tweeted earlier in the day, “Today I am so honored to play for the President!”
The singer, known for her often out-of-this-world outfits, then posted a photo on Twitter of her new, American flag-colored nail look, writing, “Appropriate nails.”
