Jennifer Garner focuses on kids while in Washington

SPOTTED: Actress Jennifer Garner appearing at a Wednesday morning event at the Washington Court Hotel near the Capitol as First Focus and Save the Children released a report card on the state of children in the United States.
The “Butter” star and Save the Children ambassador, who has three young children with hubby Ben Affleck, stood alongside Sen. Bob Casey Jr. (D-Pa.) and former Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) at the briefing.
Affleck is also in Washington for the Wednesday night premiere of his new movie, “Argo.”
