Poll: Porn industry prefers Obama to Romney

President Obama is getting some X-rated support from the pornography industry, according to a recently released poll.

Adult entertainment industry social network Xbiz.net polled more than 300 of its members on who they’d like to see elected on Nov. 6. While 68 percent picked Obama, only 13 percent selected GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Fourteen percent of those polled wanted to see “someone else” in the White House, and another 5 percent said they didn’t care either way.

Steve Hirsch, CEO of Vivid Entertainment, said in a press release about the survey’s findings, “The results aren't really surprising because most people involved with the adult industry have a liberal view of government and how it should work.”

The poll was highlighted in an email from Morality in Media, an anti-pornography organization.
