The Republican presidential front-runner is 2015’s least desirable neighbor, a new survey says.

About one quarter of respondents said they did not want Trump living next door, according to Zillow, an online real estate database.

“Donald Trump is frequently in the limelight for his polarizing comments and non-apologetic attitude, which some may see as unattractive qualities in a neighbor,” said Jeremy Wacksman, Zillow's chief marketing officer, in a post on the company’s blog.

Rapper Kanye West his wife Kim Kardashian ranked second in the poll with 22 percent.

Pop star Justin Bieber is next with 18 percent. Bieber topped last year's poll of the least desirable neighbors.

Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton came in fourth with 11 percent, with singer Miley Cyrus in fifth at 10 percent.

Zillow did not release the sampling methodology or size behind the results in its annual survey.

It did note, however, that Clinton and Trump are also on its list of “most desirable neighbors for 2016.”

Musician Taylor Swift topped that survey with 12 percent, edging out actress Jennifer Lawrence’s 11 percent.

Comedian Amy Schumer ranked third with 9 percent.
