McCaskill on 'cloud nine' after birth of grandson

Sen. Claire McCaskill says she’s “on cloud nine” after the birth of her grandson.
The Missouri Democrat welcomed baby Conner David in St. Louis on Wednesday evening. The little one was born to McCaskill’s son, Austin, and clocked in at 7 lbs, 21 inches.
The lawmaker, 59, tweeted a photo of herself Wednesday donning some black specs while holding the precious cargo, writing, “Now this is heaven. My new grandson Conner David born tonight. I’m on cloud nine.”
