SPOTTED: Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg grabbing some midweek grub at a chic Washington restaurant.
The legal eagle was eyed sitting down for dinner at Rasika Penn Quarter Wednesday night.
Our spy couldn’t make out what Ginsburg, 79, was dining on at the modern Indian eatery, which is known for its signature Tandoori and black cod dishes.
