Leibovich's look at inner workings of Washington out in April
Mark Leibovich's long-awaited book on the inner workings of Washington will be out in April.
This Town is described by publisher Blue Rider Press as "a blistering, penetrating, controversial — and often hysterical — look at Washington's incestuous 'media industrial complex.' "
Leibovich, a reporter for The New York Times, caused a controversy during the writing of his book when it was revealed that Kurt Bardella, then spokesman for House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), gave Leibovich emails between himself and reporters.
The ensuing fallout and media firestorm over the breach of press-source relationships resulted in Bardella's firing.
The 46-page tome is out on April 23 and available for pre-order.
