Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Hudson join inaugural talent list

By Emily Goodin - 01/18/13 12:03 PM ET

Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Hudson have been added to the list of performers for President Obama's inaugural balls.

Both singers are prominent Obama supporters. Hudson performed at fundraisers for Obama during the campaign and Foxx once referred to the president as "our lord and savior."

Obama is only holding two official inaugural balls — unlike the 10 in 2009 — where he will be serenaded by Alicia Keys, Katy Perry, Brad Paisley Marc Anthony and others.

Foxx, Hudson, Keys, Paisley, Anthony, DJ Dan Moose and Marc Anthony will be performers at The Commander-in-Chief's Ball, which honors members of the military.

The Inaugural Ball, which is for supporters, will see performances by Keys, Paisley, Perry, FUN., DJ D-Nice, the cast of "Glee," Mana, Soundgarden, Stevie Wonder, Black Violin, Smokey Robinson and Usher.

Both balls are being held Monday evening at the Washington Convention Center. The Commander-in-Chief's Ball is free for members of the military. The Inaugural Ball tickets are sold out.
