Cosmetics queen heads to DC for inauguration

WE HEAR: Famed makeup guru Bobbi Brown is headed to Washington for inauguration weekend.
The cosmetic queen will be hitting up her go-to hair stylist, Serkan Sut, co-owner of the Hair Lounge in Georgetown, to handle her tresses ahead of the many inaugural soirees.
Word is Brown will be heading to some gala events around town on Sunday.
