Ashley Judd, husband ending marriage

Potential Senate hopeful Ashley Judd and her husband of more than 11 years are calling it quits.

The “Missing” actress, who served as a Democratic National Convention delegate last year and has flirted with a run for the seat of Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) in 2014, confirmed the split from racecar driver Dario Franchitti, 39, in a Tuesday statement.

“We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We’ll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity and respect we have always enjoyed,” the couple said in a joint statement to People magazine.

Judd, 44, was recently eyed around Washington during the presidential inauguration weekend.
