Congressman lunches with singing executive

SPOTTED: A blue-suit-wearing Rep. Jim Moran (D-Va.) sitting down for lunch with America Online founder and D.C. native Jim Kimsey at Bistro Vivant restaurant in McLean, Va., Tuesday afternoon.
No word if Kimsey — who reportedly recorded a country-rock album just for kicks back in 2011 — burst into song at the table at the French eatery with the longtime congressman.
