Obama's interview with Fallon will air this Friday. No word if she'll challenge him to another fitness competition, which happened the last time she appeared. Fallon came to the White House for challenge, which include a tug-of-rope contest and a potato sack race. The first lady won.

She also will sit down with ABC's Robin Roberts, who just returned to work after recovering from surgery due to a rare blood disorder, on "GMA" on Tuesday.

As part of her national tour, the first lady will make stops at elementary schools and business across the country.

Rachael Ray will join Obama in Clinton, Miss., on Wednesday, where the two will highlight healthy school lunches. 

On Thursday, the first lady will return to home town of Chicago where she'll make her announcement on physical activities in schools. She'll then head to Springfield, Mo., to visit a Walmart store that is stocking healthier food options.

Her Google Plus hangout will be on Monday, March 4, and will be moderated by Kelly Ripa. On Wednesday, March 6, she'll answer questions via Twitter using her @FLOTUS account.
