Circus comes through Capitol Hill

Washington is officially a circus.
Elephants from the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus strolled the streets of D.C. Tuesday night as part of the annual elephant walk.
The animals were seen passing by a fully lit Capitol as they headed to Penn Quarter.
The circus will perform several shows at the Verizon Center starting Thursday.
