According to Obama, the sweat sessions haven’t stopped since she and former President Obama moved out of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

“And even though I’m no longer at the White House, I’ve continued this tradition and wanted to share some photos,” Obama said in her post. “My girlfriends have been there for me through all kinds of life transitions over the years — including a pretty big one recently! — and we’ve done our best to stay healthy together.”

Obama’s bootcamp companions include “about a dozen old and new friends of varying age and fitness levels,” People reported Monday.

Obama is well-known for promoting health and fitness, championing her anti-childhood obesity “Let’s Move!” initiative as first lady.

She went tricep-to-tricep with Ellen DeGeneres in a push-up contest on “Ellen” back in 2012. Obama’s also been eyed at a number of spinning classes around Washington over the years.

“Whether it’s a bootcamp or a walk around the neighborhood, I hope you and your crew can find some time this summer to be healthy together,” Obama wrote.
