Klobuchar was seen on Capitol Hill in a purple power suit Wednesday, topping off her wardrobe with a Vikings-themed scarf.


She brought to the Senate Democratic lunch a traditional Mardi Gras king cake she won in a bet with Sen. John KennedyJohn Neely KennedyMORE (R-La.) and served it with Kemps Purple Power (vanilla-flavored) ice cream.

The Vikings defeated the Saints on Sunday with a thrilling final-play touchdown, with a final score of 29-25. They next face the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship on Sunday.
